Product Manager Jonas Neumair, who has helped oversee customizations for a variety of major brands, explains the process: “It starts with the customer: listening to what they want, how they would like their product to look and feel. Then we go through the design process collaboratively, providing regular drafts and prototypes throughout this journey. Once the design has been approved, the product is ready and can be ordered immediately. What we’re really doing is helping our customers put their brands at an important user touchpoint, which is then associated with the superior performance and responsiveness of our products.”
